NU Energy India’s (NEI) multidisciplinary experts would visit the factory, organise and conduct the entire electrical utilities and power system study in collaboration with and participation to the plant Management and Engineers.

We would request the Management of the plant to identify a core team from their plant personnel who would be associated with the NEI team during the course of the study. This core team should ideally have adequate experience and knowledge about the operations and history of the major equipment installed in the facility. The NEI team of energy professionals and this plant maintenance engineers will form the AUDIT TEAM.

Energy audit will be carried out in two phases viz work through audit and detail audit.

This will be the work through energy audit which involves analysis of past data and visual inspection to carry out a complete basic assessment of the energy management status at the factory facilities to identify the focus areas of the detailed energy audit.

This will be the detailed energy audit study which will involve instrumental measurements, critical analysis and studies of the energy systems and energy consuming equipment.

While carrying out the detail energy audit, NU Energy India would also review the existing equipment loading vis-à-vis thermal balance and other relevant aspects that would have a bearing on the product quality, energy consumption and wastages. Future expansion programmes, if any, would be taken into account while making the recommendations.
